Custom Gaskets Cut & Fabricated In-House
We cut custom gaskets to your drawing, sample, or flange spec — same-day on many materials. Our range covers every service in the plant: rubber gaskets in EPDM, neoprene, nitrile, and Viton for water, air, and chemical duty; chemical-resistant gaskets in PTFE and expanded PTFE for aggressive acids and solvents; spiral wound gaskets with 304/316 windings and flexible graphite filler for ASME B16.5 flanges; graphite gaskets for high-temperature steam and thermal cycling; and metal gaskets including ring joint (RTJ) and kammprofile styles for high-pressure hydrocarbon service. Grade 8 Bolts, B7 Studs & Coated Fasteners
On the bolting side we stock and supply grade 8 bolts and nuts, B7 stud bolts with 2H nuts for flange bolting, and custom bolts machined or sourced to your print. Corrosion protection is our specialty for coastal and chemical service: Teflon blue (PTFE) coated bolts and Xylan coated studs and nuts that survive the Gulf Coast atmosphere and break loose cleanly at turnaround, plus hot-dip galvanized and zinc options.
